Stranded wire connectors made of E-Cu round rope, plain tin-plated or silver-plated, e.g. based on DIN 46438, DIN 46444 consist of single wires with a wire diameter of 0.05mm to 0.15mm. It can cross sections of 2.5mm² to 240mm² individually but also be processed several times over each other.
The cable ends are available on customer request with E-Cu sleeves or with standardized tube, crimp or crimp cable lugs, which are pressed under high pressure without soldering. We are also happy to produce stranded tapes without sleeves, where the ends are welded, perforated and tinned.
Braided connections are used where high flexibility is required at all levels of motion.
Braided connections can be supplied with or without insulation.
